Michael Stutz joined 2Xideas as Chief Investment Officer and Partner in September 2014. He worked as portfolio manager and eventually as head of portfolio management at a Switzerland-based multi-family office from 2008 to 2014, managing public and private investments, while also serving on the board of a private portfolio company. Michael started his career in private wealth management as a portfolio manager in 2005. He has been involved in the setup and management of a number of investment fund structures.
Michael holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen. He is also a CFA® and CAIA® charterholder.

Henrik Munk-Nielsen is Deputy CIO, Head of Health Care Research, and a founding Partner of 2Xideas. Previously, he worked as Deputy Head of European Equities at British Airways Pensions from 1999 to 2012, managing direct investments in public equities across Europe. Henrik started his career at Prudential Insurance Company of America in London in 1994, helping manage a European small and mid cap fund until 1999.
Henrik holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies jointly from Midtjysk Handelshøjskole in Denmark and Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland. He is also a CFA® charterholder.

Peter Wick manages 2Xideas’ Asian operations and is a founding Partner of 2Xideas. In 2002, Peter established CDL Principal Investors AG, an investment firm serving owner-investors including ultra-high net worth individuals, families, foundations, and investment companies. Previously, Peter worked at BZ Bank, Schweizerischer Bankverein (now UBS) and Darier Hentsch & Cie (now Lombard Odier).
Peter holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master’s degree in Law (licence en droit) from Geneva University. He practiced law in New York City and Geneva until 1986, and is admitted to the New York and Geneva state bars.

Christof Fischer joined 2Xideas as an Equity Analyst in April 2017, was appointed Head of Consumer Research, and made Partner in 2022. From 2012 to 2017, Christof worked as a sell-side equity analyst in New York and Zurich for Longbow Research, Piper Jaffray, and Bank am Bellevue. During his time on the sell side, he covered US and Swiss listed companies in the consumer sector.
Christof holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

Grégoire Serre joined 2Xideas as an Equity Analyst in July 2022. Prior to joining 2Xideas, Grégoire was an assistant vice president in the consumer private equity division of Partners Group. Previously, Grégoire was an equity research associate focused on EU consumer companies at Capital Group.
Grégoire holds an MSc in Finance from Grenoble Business School and is a CFA charterholder.

Mert Gülleroğlu joined 2Xideas as an Equity Analyst in March 2022 and was appointed Head of Technology Research. He previously worked as a senior analyst at Ownership Capital in Amsterdam, where he covered US and European public equities. During that time, he was responsible for many high-conviction investments across a broad range of industries but with a focus on information technology and data services.
Mert holds Master’s degrees in Corporate Finance and Banking from the University of Amsterdam, and in Nanoscience from Delft University of Technology.

Stephen joined 2Xideas as an Equity Analyst in July 2022. Prior to joining 2Xideas, Stephen worked in Equity Research at Susquehanna (SIG), covering Semiconductors. Previously, he also worked in the hardware group at Google as well as in equity trading at Deutsche Bank.
Stephen holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Max joined 2Xideas as an Equity Analyst in March 2023. Before joining 2Xideas, Max worked at Credit Suisse in Zürich for 4.5 years – first in the distribution of IPOs and technology private placements to family offices, and most recently in the thematic private equity investment team focused on asset-light tech companies within Robotics, Security, Digital Health, Environmental Impact, and Edutainment. Previously, he worked in Debt Capital Markets at Citigroup London and HSBC Düsseldorf, in Equity Derivatives at Deutsche Bank Frankfurt, as well as in Risk at DZ Bank Hong Kong.
Max holds an MA in Banking & Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and a BSc in Business Administration from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.

Manuel Graça joined 2Xideas as an Equity Analyst in April 2019. Prior to that, he developed his equity investing experience in the private markets as a Principal with Atena Equity Partners in Portugal. Manuel’s career has spanned a number of strategy and finance roles, having also worked with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Groupon Brazil, and Deloitte Corporate Finance.
Manuel holds an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School and a BSc in Business Administration from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

Claudia Collin joined 2Xideas as an Equity Analyst in July 2022. Previously, she worked for six years at a Geneva-based asset management firm, AtonRa Partners, as an equity analyst and manager focusing on the biopharmaceutical sector. Earlier in her career, Claudia had gained experience in private banking at Société Générale and BNP Paribas, as well as in M&A at Engie.
Claudia holds an MSc in Investment Banking from ESCP Europe (London and Paris) and an MSc in Financial Engineering specializing in financial markets from ESGF (Paris).

Rajvir Visen-Singh joined 2Xideas as an Equity Analyst in August 2019, and was appointed Head of Financials Research in July 2022. Since completing an internship in the summer of 2018 at 2Xideas and subsequent time as an Analyst, Rajvir has been responsible for a broad array of investments in the financials sector, ranging from financial technology and data services to insurance.
Rajvir holds an MA (Hons) in Management from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.

Fikret Avni joined 2Xideas as an Equity Analyst in September 2021. He worked as a Financial Institutions Credit Rating Associate Analyst at Moody’s Investors Service from 2016 through 2018. He then worked in the Investments Division of JP Morgan’s Emerging Markets Wealth Management business as an Associate from 2018 until 2021.
Fikret holds a BSc in Economics from The London School of Economics (LSE).

Ricco Friedrich joined 2Xideas as an Equity Analyst in March 2021, was appointed Head of Industrials Research in 2022, and made Partner in 2023. Previously, he was a founding Partner, director, and portfolio manager at Denker Capital in South Africa. Prior to founding Denker Capital, Ricco successfully started and managed various equity strategies for Sanlam Investment Management for both retail and institutional clients.
Ricco holds a Bachelor’s (Hons) in Business Science (Finance) from the University of Cape Town. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is a CFA® charterholder.

Andrei Kiselev joined 2Xideas as an Equity Analyst in July 2022. Prior to joining 2Xideas, Andrei was a portfolio manager at Aegon Asset Management in Edinburgh, Scotland, where he co-managed the Global Sustainable Equity fund, as well as being involved with a number of regional and global strategies. Andrei started his investment career with Baillie Gifford in Scotland. After completing the initial training period, he spent several years first as an analyst on global equity products, and subsequently as an investment manager on the US equity fund.
Andrei holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Edinburgh.

Benjamin Silverman joined 2Xideas as an Equity Analyst in June 2023. Previously, he was founder and portfolio manager at North10 Capital, where he managed family office assets through separate accounts across a multi-asset class investment strategy. Prior to that, Benjamin held several senior investment roles in New York City, covering Basic Materials and Industrial equities at divisions within Point72 Asset Management, Millennium Management, and Scopus Asset Management. Benjamin started his investment career as a sell-side equity research associate covering the airline industry in 2005.
Benjamin holds a BS in Organizational Communication from Cornell University.

Makoto Naito joined 2Xideas as an Equity Analyst in July 2022. Before joining 2Xideas, Makoto worked at a US-based hedge fund as an investment analyst with a primary focus on SMID Japanese Tech and Consumer. He was also heavily involved in quantitative analysis of alternative data and system development. Prior to that, Makoto worked as an associate at S&P Global.
Makoto holds an MSc in Financial Mathematics from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a BA in Environment and Information from Keio University.

Damien Zanol joined 2Xideas in April 2023 as Risk Manager. From 2014 to 2023, he was the risk manager at Adelphi Capital, a London-based fundamental long/short equity Fund. Damien started his career in finance in 2011 in London as an analyst for Sciens Capital managed account platform, where he worked with PMs on fund of funds portfolio construction.
Damien holds an MSc in Risk and Investment Management from the EDHEC Risk Institute in London, a Master’s in Management from EDHEC Business School and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Paris 10 University.

Anastasios Tafakis joined 2Xideas as Head of Trading in August 2019. From 2014 to 2019, he managed a long/short equity strategy for a Switzerland-based family office. Anastasios started his financial career in the wealth management division of Merrill Lynch in London and later worked as an investment advisor at Valartis Bank before becoming a portfolio manager at a Switzerland-based multi-family office.
Anastasios holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Bath, UK,and a BA (Hons) in Business Economics & Finance from London Metropolitan University. He is also a CFA® charterholder.
